All timber used is treated with CCA Tanalith to the SABS H4 below ground specification. Our Treaters are ISO9001 approved and guarantee the poles for 5 years against infestation of all wood destroying insects. The structure carries a twelve-month guarantee on workmanship.

Timber is a natural product and as such splitting is a natural occurrence. Saligna Eucalyptus is a hard wood with a long grain. Pine is a soft wood with a shorter grain and very porous. We apply a coat of Woodguard Timber Preservative during manufacturing, and again on construction, which retards premature splitting, prevents sun bleach, water penetration and gives the structure a quality finish.

Wearing parts, such as ropes, are not covered under this guarantee. Defective components replaced under guarantee after twelve months will incur labour costs.
